6:23pm Meet Update Hi everyone. We're live from Crisler Arena. Lineups are posted for both teams and we'll be posting highlights from warm-ups over the next hour.
6:30pm Walking Wounded Lindsey Bruck (ankle), Jordan Sexton (ankle), and Kelsey Knutson (back) will not compete tonight for the Wolverines.
6:34pm We Love You Lindsey!

We'd like to give a shout out to Lindsey Bruck, who had surgery yesterday on her ankle. We're thinking of you Bruck and wish you a speedy recovery!

6:35pm Shout Out Hi to Chris Mirkovich! Amy and I hope you have your rosary out tonight. Hi also to Cathy Clauson and Mona Deiley. We miss you ladies.
6:51pm Meet Update It's snowing here today, so we're anticipating a small turnout tonight. We've heard that the roads are getting worse and traffic is pretty bad.
6:53pm Meet Update The team is on beam at the moment, warming up their dismounts.
6:55pm Meet Update Tachi is warming up her double pike dismount on beam.
6:57pm Meet Update Given our injuries, we have some new faces in the lineup. Tonight, Nellie, Sarah, and Huneth will compete in the all-around. Tachi and Becky will compete three events.
6:59pm Look Who's Here!

Lindsey Bruck is in the arena! She just had surgery yesterday and is currently on the arena floor on crutches, saying hello to her teammates.

7:07pm Meet Update The team has rotated to floor. Tachi's new floor routine has music from the sountrack Stick It. We didn't get a chance to see it at the Intrasquad. Becky is currently warming up floor.
7:08pm Meet Update Jackie is warming up floor at the moment. She'll be performing an exhibition on beam and floor tonight.
7:12pm Did you know? Did you know that Michigan is only one of five programs in the country to qualify for each of the last 14 NCAA Championships?
7:14pm Meet Update The teams have returned to the locker room to prepare for march out.
7:15pm Meet Update Lindsay and Ben are sitting next to me to tape the intro to our weekly gymnastics show on Comcast Cable.
7:17pm Did you know? Did you know that Head Coach Bev Plocki is two wins shy of recording win number 325 in her career. She currently ranks third among Michigan's active coaches in wins, trailing softball coach Carol Hutchins (961) and hockey coach Red Berenson (600).
7:19pm Injury Update As you may have heard, Lindsey Bruck is out for the season after rupturing her achilles on the floor during the West Virginia meet. We've also lost Jordan Sexton for the season, unfortunately. She was also injured during her floor routine at West Virginia and will need to have ankle reconstruction.
7:29pm Meet Update The teams are now marching out onto the floor.
7:31pm GO BLUE! Here comes the Wolverines! Go Blue!

9:33pm Final comments

Great meet tonight by Michigan. We didn't have to count a fall. A strong comeback after a frustrating meet at West Virginia. It was great to see Carol and Tachi back in the lineup and Tachi looked great on three events. Maureen, Clare, and Jackie did a great job for us - filling in lineup spots where we missed Lindsey. We still have some work to do, but it is early in the season. This is a good confidence booster for us as we move forward into the season. Great job Blue!

9:37pm Thank You Thank you to everyone for following the meet on umgym.com. Please sign our guestbook and give us feedback. GO BLUE!
